REGISTRATION

Registration is open to all scientists interested in catalysis and chemistry related to the SDGs. All persons intending to attend the Conference must complete a “Registration Form” and an “Abstract” available for download at www.rohan-sdg.com. Send your registration form to application@rohan-sdg.com before 31st of March, 2023. REGISTRATION FEES for the workshop are not required. Notification of acceptance for oral/poster presentations will be announced before the 15^th of April 2023.

Who can apply for a scholarship to attend?

All Master and PhD students, postdocs and scientists from the School of Chemical Engineering of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), the Faculty of Chemistry and the Faculty of Environmental Sciences of the VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS), University of Rostock and LIKAT, can apply for scholarships to attend the workshop. A selected number of participants from HUST and VNU-HUS will be supported and informed before the 15^th of April.

What does the scholarship cover?

For participants from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), the Faculty of Chemistry and the Faculty of Environmental Sciences of the VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS), the scholarship covers the travel expenses, accommodation (from the 11^th to the 18^th of June 2023) and meals during the workshop and the field trips. Further expenses are expected to be cover by the scholarship holder.

For participants from the University of Rostock and LIKAT, the scholarship covers lunches during the workshop. Field trips on 14^th -17^th September and 20^th - 21^th September (if one like to attend) might be included (depending on the amount of participants). Further expenses are expected to be cover by the scholarship holder.
