     27th Sept. Nippon Paint company in Hanoi

     28th Sept. B12 company in Quang Ninh

29th Sept- Social program 2 (Ha Long bay)

 

Social Programs (optional)

  1. Hue, Danang, Hoi An (22nd – 23rd)

22nd Sept. Visit Hue Citadel, Khai Dinh King’s Tomb and Thien Mu pagoda. In the afternoon, leave Hue for Danang city. On the way, stop at Hai Van Pass for an amazing view of East Sea.

23rd Sept. Visit Danang: visit Marble Mountain, Non Nuoc Village, Son Tra Peninsula. Afternoon-evening: visit Hoi An old town, Japanese Bridge, old house Tan Ky, Phuc Kien, Assembly Hall, etc.

            Cost: 70 €/person (hotel and flight not included)

  1. Ha long Bay (29th)

         Boat trip on Ha long Bay

            Cost: 30 €/person

REGISTRATION

Registration is open to all scientists interested in catalysis and chemistry and companies related to chemistry and chemical analysis. All persons intending to attend the Conference must complete a Registration Form at www.rohan-sdg.com.

Send your registration form to application@rohan-sdg.com before 30th of May, 2018.

REGISTRATION FEES are not required

For field trips: Participants shall pay their own flight tickets and hotels to reach and to stay at the field trip’s location.

Notification of acceptance for oral/poster presentations will be announced before 30.06.2018.

 

PUBLICATION

All oral and poster presentations may be published as proceedings, in a special volume of the Vietnam Journal of Catalysis and Adsorption. The participants, who like to publish their work in this journal, may submit full-text of their work according to the journal’s guidelines which will be launched after the notification of acceptance for oral/poster presentations.

 

SCHOLARSHIP TO ATTEND

Who can apply for a scholarship to attend?

All PhD students, postdocs and scientists from the School of Chemical Engineering of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), the Faculty of Chemistry and the Faculty of Environmental Sciences of the VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS), Rostock University and LIKAT, can apply for scholarships to attend the workshop. A selected number of participants will be supported and informed before the 30th of June.

 

What does the scholarship cover?

For scientists from the Rostock University and LIKAT, the scholarship covers the travel expenses, accommodation (from the 17th to the 29th of September 2018) and meals during the workshop and the field trips. Further expenses are expected to be cover by the scholarship holder.

For scientists from the School of Chemical Engineering of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), the Faculty of Chemistry and the Faculty of Environmental Sciences of the VNU University of Science (VNU-HUS), the scholarship covers lunches during the workshop and the field trips on 27th - 28th September. Field trips on 24th -25th September (if one like to attend) and further expenses are expected to be cover by the scholarship holder.

The application should include: Letter of Motivation (1 page), abstract (1 page, template see below), registration form (template see below). The topic of the abstract must be on the field of catalysis and related to SDG.
